Baikougen - Best Shoyu Ramen in Tokyo Station

Ultima Dish : Shoyu Ramen

Restaurant: Baikouken

Description :

70% of the fans here order standard soy sauce based ramen which is called Shoyu ramen in Japanese. Excellent taste without doubt. It is not like a Hakata tonkotsu (pork) based ramen so the soup is not thick at all. It is very assari (lighter) taste but has deepness inside. I hope you can taste it by yourself when you ever had a chance to visit Tokyo station. It is not that expensive either (less than 800 Yen). Also the view of the renovated Tokyo station is just amazing from the top. It’s worth to watch!
