The best part about Tsukiji is you can have fresh fish gathered from all around Japan. The shapes of these islands in Japan are long and thin from north to south which makes it easier to get best sushi toppings such as sea urchin from Hokkaido and high quality tuna from Okinawa (as if it is making an all-star team of fish!). If you want to have high quality sushi in Tsukiji outer market, I would definitely recommend you Sushidai. There are course menus also available from 1,500 - 3,500 yen.
