Nagi Niboshi Ou - Best Ramen shop in Shibuya Tokyo

Ramen Nagi Niboshi Ou partially means the king of dried sardines.  The soup stock, made from more than 20 types of dried sardines, makes a thick flavor of delicious Niboshi soup that surprises customers with every sip.  The noodles are extremely thick and short, and that is actually doing great job coiling aound well with its thick soup.  The slices of tasty chashu pork accompanied with the pleasantly bitter spring onions also bring out the flavor of this ramen while the bitterness of the spring onions in a thick soup is a perfect balancer of its total coordination.  If you are a big fan of Niboshi ramen, Sugoi Noboshi Ramen (820 yen) in this shop is undisputedly a ramen that you cannot miss out on when you are in Shibuya.
