Musashi is a new type of chain ramen shop, each shop having it's own style and taste. Musashi here at Roppongi offers soy sauce/ fish based soup with thick noodle.
The stylish interior of this shop, the taste and the volume (4 slices of pork and a boiled egg for normal ramen!) attracts the people in Roppongi.
After trying the ramen here, you will want to try out other Musashi ramen shops!

Ramen too good to eat after drinking! Located in Roppongi Hills, the restaurant is known to have ignited the boom of tsukemen (dip) style ramen.
The noodle here at TETSU is thick curly noodle, which is rare for Tonkotsu (pork) based soup, but making the soup a dip style and controlling the stodginess by adding Fish based soup and a hint of yuzu (a type of citrus fruit often used in traditional Japanese food) perfectly matches the noodle with the soup.

Fri,Sat,Before holiday 11:30～7:00
If you are in Roppongi drinking, we'd like you to try this shop. "The" all timer after drink Ramen.
Although we have big names like 一風堂 (Ippou-dou) or ラーメン無双 (Ramen Musou) within a walking distance, a bowl of "Kotteri (heavy, stodgy)" Ramen here will satisfy you more than you please. You will understand how Ramen after drink became the life style in Japan!
