Tobiccho Honten

Tobiccho is probably the most popular restaurant to have Shirasu Don (seafood with fresh whitebait) in Enoshima.  The restaurant has a varieties of Donburi where you can also choose delicious seafood bowl with fresh sashimi on top.  Though, when you come to Enoshima, it is best to have the fresh Shirasu which is what this place is famous for.  The recommendation to have the best Shirasu Don is the half raw and half boiled Shirasu on top of the white rice with some soy sauce to add some subtle flavor.  You might be shocked to see how the bowl looks like with all the little fish on top of the rice but they are absolutely delicious and also very Japanese style.  Give yourself a try in Tobiccho!
