Torihana may be the best place to have the exceptional yakitori in Shinjuku that are prepared by the most sophisticated chef who is well known by the gourmet patrons around Shinjuku as a master of grilling chicken meat.  Apparently, this expert knows what to grill and when to finish grilling in a series of events.  The high quality chicken, skewered by the master of Yakitori, turns out to be the best tsukune (chicken meatloaf made with egg), torikawa (chicken skin), tebasaki (chicken wing), seseri (chicken neck meat), liver, and more.  The ones just mentioned above are the most recommended in this restaurant that will make you seriously speechless.  We already have enough reasons to come here but when you actually come to this place, they will definitely take you to the next level where you will never see grilled chickens the same way again.  Meanwhile, you can order a set course that includes 8 skewered tasty yakitori with a seasonal appetizer and perhaps a glass of delicious Japanese sake to spur your appetite.   Enjoy!
