Kisuke is one of the best places to have Gyutan (Beef Tongue) around Tokyo Station.  The beef tongue in Kisuke, which has an excellent savory smell that gives you a good appetite, is very tender and juicy.  The thickness of the meat that has a perfect chewy texture is completely mind-blowing.  The Sumibiyaki Gyutan Set menu for lunch that includes 8 slices of meat, the tail soup, pickled vegetables, and grated yam with rice boiled with barley is 1300 yen which is very reasonably priced.
